DMCA notice and takedown

This page explains how to submit a copyright notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) for content hosted on yonogamesarcade.com. We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid notices.
How to file a notice
Send a written notice to our designated agent through the support inbox at /contact/. The notice must include:
- An identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list of works at a single online site.
- An identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, with information sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
- Contact information including name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorised to act on behalf of the owner.
- A physical or electronic signature of the complaining party.
What we do
On receipt of a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the user who posted it. Repeat infringers may have their access terminated.
Counter notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter notice containing the same six elements above, plus a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
